Guidelines
✦ GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ✦
All contributors must be 18+ at the time of their application.
All contributors must have access to a Discord account or be willing to make one, since this will be the team’s main form of communication.
All contributors must have access to a Paypal account for compensation.
Contributors can opt out of monetary compensation if they so wish. In that case, their share of the profits will then be distributed among other contributors.
All portfolio links must be accessible and easy to navigate. Public sites (Deviantart, Pixiv, Instagram, a Twitter moment, your personal site, etc.) and an accessible Google Drive are examples of these. If the mods cannot see your samples / portfolio, this will result in automatic disqualification, so please make sure to double-check your links before submitting.
Applicants may apply for more than one position but will be accepted for a maximum of two roles.

We are intrigued by the dynamics of both couples across fan creations. As we love both couples and both couples are often featured in the same work, we will feature them in this zine!✦ Will the zine feature the couples exclusively? ✦
Yes, the zine will feature works featuring both couples exclusively: Tartaglia with Lumine, and Wanderer with Mona! We, unfortunately, do not feature any of the characters switching their couple.✦ Will the zine be physical or digital? ✦

✦ Do I need to feature both couples in my work? ✦- For Page Artists -
You will only need to feature one couple (Tartaglia with Lumine, or Wanderer with Mona) as the main focus. You are free to feature another couple in your work (together or in the background) as you see fit!- For Merch Artists -
Depending on the merch type, we may need you to feature both couples. It is to be discussed since we are still waiting for the interest check results!- For Writers -
You will only need to feature one couple (Tartaglia with Lumine, or Wanderer with Mona) as the main focus with another couple as supporting characters!
✦ Can I apply for multiple contributor roles? ✦
(e.g. applying for Page Artist and Merch Artist)
You can apply for any role you want, but you can only be accepted in only one role.✦ How will the contributors be compensated? ✦
Contributors will at least receive a free high-resolution PDF of the zine, with our aim being to provide all contributors with a full bundle. Contributors would be able to buy items at production cost in the events we cannot cover full bundles for them. Compensation from profit will be distributed evenly among all moderators & contributors. Should there be a change to the financial model, it will be announced accordingly.

The zine will be shipped from Indonesia and will be shipped internationally!✦ How much is the shipping cost to my country? ✦
We will publish an estimated shipping cost to other countries! Please keep a lookout on our socials as close to the PO date, we may publish a shipping discount!
